By downloading, installing, or using IntNews, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

IntNews is a news aggregation service that collects and displays article summaries from publicly available RSS feeds published by third-party news organizations. The app also provides optional article translation through Google Cloud Translation API.

All news content displayed in IntNews (including article titles, descriptions, images, and full articles accessed through links) belongs to the respective publishers and copyright holders. IntNews does not claim any ownership over third-party content. The app serves as a reader that organizes and presents content that publishers have made freely available through their RSS feeds.

IntNews accesses only content that publishers distribute through their RSS feeds — a standard web technology specifically designed for content syndication and distribution. We display article summaries (title, description, thumbnail) and link directly to the publisher's website for full article access. We do not scrape, copy, or reproduce full articles. If a content publisher wishes to have their RSS feed removed from IntNews, they may contact us and we will promptly comply.

Article translations are provided by Google Cloud Translation API for user convenience. Translations are machine-generated and may not be perfectly accurate. IntNews does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any translated content. Users should refer to the original article for authoritative content.

IntNews предлагает опциональные премиум-подписки — доступные ежемесячно и ежегодно — открывающие неограниченное чтение статей, переводы, сохранённые статьи и подписки на уведомления. Оплата. Подписки приобретаются и оплачиваются через Apple App Store (iOS) или Google Play (Android). Оплата списывается с вашего аккаунта магазина при подтверждении покупки. Подписки автоматически продлеваются, если не отменить их не менее чем за 24 часа до окончания текущего расчётного периода. Отмена. Вы можете отменить подписку в любое время через настройки аккаунта App Store или Google Play. Отмена вступает в силу по окончании текущего расчётного периода — до этой даты вы сохраняете доступ к премиум-функциям. Мы не возвращаем средства за неиспользованные части периода подписки, за исключением случаев, предусмотренных применимым законодательством. Изменение цен. Мы оставляем за собой право изменять цены на подписки. Вы будете заблаговременно уведомлены о любом изменении цены, а продолжение подписки после даты вступления в силу означает принятие новой цены. Бесплатный план. Пользователи бесплатного плана имеют доступ к ограниченному количеству статей за сеанс, переводов в день, сохранённых статей и подписок на уведомления. Эти лимиты могут изменяться со временем.

IntNews is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content displayed in the app. News content is sourced from third-party publishers and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or bias. We are not responsible for the content published by third-party sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntNews and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the app or any content accessed through it.

You agree to use IntNews solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the app to systematically download, scrape, or redistribute content accessed through it. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which the app developer is based.
