By downloading, installing, or using IntNews, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

IntNews is a news aggregation service that collects and displays article summaries from publicly available RSS feeds published by third-party news organizations. The app also provides optional article translation through Google Cloud Translation API.

All news content displayed in IntNews (including article titles, descriptions, images, and full articles accessed through links) belongs to the respective publishers and copyright holders. IntNews does not claim any ownership over third-party content. The app serves as a reader that organizes and presents content that publishers have made freely available through their RSS feeds.

IntNews accesses only content that publishers distribute through their RSS feeds — a standard web technology specifically designed for content syndication and distribution. We display article summaries (title, description, thumbnail) and link directly to the publisher's website for full article access. We do not scrape, copy, or reproduce full articles. If a content publisher wishes to have their RSS feed removed from IntNews, they may contact us and we will promptly comply.

Article translations are provided by Google Cloud Translation API for user convenience. Translations are machine-generated and may not be perfectly accurate. IntNews does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any translated content. Users should refer to the original article for authoritative content.

IntNews propose des abonnements premium optionnels — disponibles mensuellement et annuellement — qui débloquent la lecture illimitée d'articles, les traductions, les articles enregistrés et les abonnements aux notifications. Facturation. Les abonnements sont achetés et facturés via l'App Store d'Apple (iOS) ou Google Play (Android). Le paiement est débité sur votre compte de boutique au moment de la confirmation d'achat. Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement, sauf annulation au moins 24 heures avant la fin de la période de facturation en cours. Annulation. Nous ne remboursons pas les portions inutilisées d'une période d'abonnement, sauf si la loi applicable l'exige. Changements de prix. Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier les prix des abonnements. Vous serez informé à l'avance de tout changement de prix, et la poursuite de l'abonnement après la date d'entrée en vigueur constitue une acceptation du nouveau prix. Plan gratuit. Les utilisateurs gratuits ont accès à un nombre limité d'articles par session, de traductions par jour, d'articles enregistrés et d'abonnements aux notifications. Ces limites peuvent évoluer dans le temps.

IntNews is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content displayed in the app. News content is sourced from third-party publishers and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or bias. We are not responsible for the content published by third-party sources.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntNews and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the app or any content accessed through it.

You agree to use IntNews solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the app to systematically download, scrape, or redistribute content accessed through it. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the jurisdiction in which the app developer is based.
