Terms of Service
Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using IntNews, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Service description
IntNews is a news aggregation service. It collects headlines, previews, and thumbnail images from the public RSS feeds of third-party news organizations and presents them with links to the original articles. The service also includes global search, push notifications for topics and keywords you follow, an optional AI-generated digest ("The Brief"), optional machine translation of article previews, and a premium subscription tier with expanded features. IntNews does not create, edit, or host news content.
Content ownership
All news content displayed in IntNews (including article titles, descriptions, images, and the full articles accessed through links) belongs to the respective publishers and copyright holders. IntNews claims no ownership over third-party content. The app serves as a reader that organizes and presents publicly available content and directs readers to the source.
How aggregation works
IntNews accesses only content that publishers make publicly available for syndication through RSS. For each story we display the preview the feed provides - typically a headline, a short description, and a thumbnail - together with a link that opens the full article on the publisher's own website. We do not scrape, bypass paywalls, or reproduce full articles, and every full story is read on the publisher's site. Traffic to the original article, and any advertising or subscription revenue it generates, stays with the publisher.
Publishers: attribution & removal
Every story in IntNews is attributed to its source and links directly to the publisher. If you are a publisher or rights holder and would like to partner with us, change how your feed is displayed, or have your content removed from IntNews, contact us at intnews.support@gmail.com and we will respond promptly. Because IntNews only mirrors what a feed makes public, removing a source's RSS feed stops new content from that publisher from appearing in the app.
Translation
Articles are presented in their original language. Translation is optional and user-initiated. When you choose to translate a story, its preview text is processed by a third-party translation service and returned in your selected language. Translations are machine-generated and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. IntNews does not control these third-party services and is not responsible for the accuracy of any translated text - always rely on the original article for authoritative content.
AI-generated content (The Brief)
"The Brief" is an AI-generated summary of major news stories, produced automatically by third-party AI services from publicly available content. It is provided for convenience and general awareness only. AI summaries can be incomplete, outdated, or factually wrong, and may not reflect the full context of the underlying reporting. The Brief is not journalism produced by IntNews and is not an editorial endorsement; it must not be relied upon as a sole source. For accurate, authoritative information, read the original articles, which are linked from every summary.
Premium subscriptions
IntNews offers optional premium subscriptions - available monthly and annually - that unlock unlimited article reading, translations, saved articles, and notification subscriptions. Billing. Subscriptions are purchased and billed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Payment is charged to your store account at the time of purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation. You may cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you keep access to premium features until that date. We do not provide refunds for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by applicable law. Price changes. We reserve the right to change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance of any price change, and continued subscription after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price. Free plan. Free users have access to a limited number of articles per session, translations per day, saved articles, and notification subscriptions. These limits may change over time.
Disclaimer of warranties
IntNews is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content shown in the app - including third-party news previews, machine translations, and AI-generated summaries. News content is created by third-party publishers and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or bias. IntNews does not endorse, and is not responsible for, any third-party content, translated text, or AI-generated summary displayed in or accessed through the app.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntNews and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the app or any content accessed through it.
User conduct
You agree to use IntNews solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the app to systematically download, scrape, or redistribute content accessed through it. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of IntNews is based [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
